Deposit Policy

When you send the deposit to secure your appointment, you agree to the following terms:

  1. At the time to schedule your appointment a deposit of 100$ per estimated hour will be required to confirm the booking.
  2. Your deposit is non-refundable. (This is necessary since I will lock your spot in my planning and if you change your mind, the deposit becomes a consultation/scheduling/drawing fee.)
  3. If you need to change the appointment day, you may do so once without drawback if you warn me at least 72 hours in advance from your booked session. For any further change, a new deposit will be required.
  4. If you do not show at the agreed appointment day without warning, a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.
  5. In case, any changes are required to the project (i.e. idea, size, color, …) after the appointment has been secure, I reserve the right to require that we move the scheduled appointment (mainly if the time booked is not enough to do the new project) and/or request additional fee (for instance if the design as already been made).
